Slice the pepper into slices and put them on a plate and drizzle some olive oil and salt and pepper on the slices.
Put in the oven for about 15-20 mins (promise the wait will be worth it!).
Meanwhile, peel and chop the nuts.
Toast or fry a slice of bread in some oil for extra crisp.
Assemble the toast by put a good layer of Creamy Spread, place the freshly done peppers, and lastly sprinkle some chopped pistachios and cilantro or basil on top!
