"Löjroms-Toast"
1 toast
- White bread
- Margarine
- 50g Spread
- 50g seaweed roe
- Red onion
- Dill
- Lemon
- Peel and finely chop the onion.
- Cut the edges of the bread and fry them in margarine on both sides.
- Place roe, sour cream, onion and bread on plates. Garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh dill.
