"Löjroms-Toast"

1 toast
  • White bread
  • Margarine
  • 50g Spread
  • 50g seaweed roe
  • Red onion
  • Dill
  • Lemon
  • Peel and finely chop the onion. 
  • Cut the edges of the bread and fry them in margarine on both sides. 
  • Slice the bread in half.
  • Place roe, sour cream, onion and bread on plates. Garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh dill.
