Smoked Paprika & Chili Wrap

  • Creamy Spread Smoked Paprika & Chili
  • A pack of chickpeas
  • ½ tbsp cumin
  • ½ tbsp smoked paprika powder
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • Cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Handful of tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ diced cucumber
  • 1 grilled red bell pepper (canned)
  • 2 wheat tortillas
  • In a medium-sized bowl add drained and rinsed chickpeas along with all the spices. Add marinated chickpeas on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Place a tortilla wrap on a plate and add Smoked paprika and Chili spread at the bottom.
  • Top with roasted chickpeas, diced cucumber, avocado, tomatoes, grilled red bell peppers, and more spread!
  • Fold together and put in a panini grill or use a frying pan and cook until lightly browned on both sides.
