Jalapeño Poppers
INGREDIENTS
HOW-TO
8 jalapenos
1-2 garlic cloves
1 small bunch of chives
1 x 150 g jar Stockeld Spread
Flaky salt
50 ml panko
½ tsp ground paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
Heat the oven to 200 °C/400°F.
Halve and deseed the jalapeños.
Grate the garlic, finely chop the chives, mix together with Spread and add salt to taste.
Fill the jalapeño halves with spread and place on a tray.
Mix panko with flaky salt, paprika and oil. Top the jalapeños with the panko mix and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
