C.R.E.A.M. Burger

- 4 plant-based burger patties (e.g., Beyond Burger)
- 4 brioche buns
- 2 5.2 oz cups of Stockeld Smoked Paprika & Chili cream cheese
- Pickled red onion, thinly sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the Plant-Based Patties: Follow the cooking instructions for the plant-based burger patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare the Buns:Toast the brioche buns lightly. You can do this on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the C.R.E.A.M. Burger: On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a bed of lettuce, followed by a tomato slice and pickled red onions. Top with the plant-based patty.
- Layer on the Schmear: On the top half of each toasted bun, add on a layer of Stockeld Smoked Paprika & Chili cream cheese (feel free to add as much as you'd like if you enjoy a nice kick of spice 🔥)
- Serve and Enjoy: Close the burger with the top half of the bun and secure it with a toothpick if needed. Serve your C.R.E.A.M burgers with your favorite side dishes :)
